Based on a True Story

Skeeter, the main character, was born, lived, worked, and
conducted business within Campbell County, Kentucky. He
is average height, 200 pounds, in his late forties.
Muscular in stature; a construction worker. Sandy brown,
wild looking shoulder length hair. Dark complexion with
facial wriggles from working outdoors. Has country
accent. Super bright blue eyes. Short white beard. Loves
to laugh; a prankster.
Skeeter owned and operated a residential design and
construction company his entire life and was recognized
for his unusual and wild house designs. Obtained an
Architectural Engineering Bachelor degree from the
University of Cincinnati. Worked hard his entire life;
would design by night, work hand in hand with contractors
by day, and farm in evenings. Skeeter was financial
successful and invested entirely in a 300 acre farm where
he grew hay and managed cattle. Skeeter's plan was to
develope a residential subdivision on 50 acres increasing
the value of the remaining property. Skeeter planned to
invest profits from increase equity in farm into Florida
real estate and Florida construction business as his
father did. His retirement. His children's future.
Skeeter lost everything to corruption in Kentucky at the
local, State, and Federal levels of the justice system
and the legislative system, and their associations with
Kentucky organized crime and drug trafficking. Death,
murder, embezzlement, and practically every other crime
were employed by the corruption against the community and
Skeeter. Acquisition of Skeeter's farm was the center
core property necessary for the development of an airport
25 miles from downtown Cincinnati. Airport would
determine the route of a new major road bypass. Cross
County Highway project. Those involved would profit in
the billions of dollars. Their only obstacle was Skeeter.
Others, unaware of the airport, were involved strictly to
embezzle Skeeter's monies, funding an illegal drug
distribution network, mainly heroin. A local bank chain,
established with old Newport, Kentucky mob monies, gives
an open cash drawer rights to individuals unaware these
individuals are drug dealers. The local bank gives
embezzlement rights in order to financially liquidate
Skeeter, foreclose on his farm and sell an airport site
intact, funded by Federal and State monies.
The Kentucky Hillbilly Drug Cartel managed the murder of
children by overdose, with super strength heroin locally.
The old established mob of America, displeased, with the
actions of the Hillbilly Crime Networks aid Skeeter in
his survival. Kentucky has violated their code of
conduct, creating unwelcome publicity.
With the heat on locally from the Federal DEA, and
without protection from the "Old Mob", Kentucky unloads
its poisonous heroin throughout the country, killing
thousands. America's drug problem increases ten fold.
Skeeter contacts an old childhood buddy who happened to
be high up in the Federal DEA, and together, but
separately, they, and federal law enforcement agencies,
uncovered the crimes and corruption nationally as well as
internationally. The long and involved Federal
investigations, in which many law enforcement risk their
lives, is shut down to cover up and protect those
involved in the corruption and criminal activities at
high levels. Some high ranking official were involved
with the drugs, others involved with the airport.
Kentucky Senators and Congressmen and their federal
associates participate in cover up conspiracies. The
greed of Kentucky's governors, legislators, and judges
fuels the corruption and death. Some high ranking
officials thinking a new airport to be good for the
community, unaware of the corruption, become criminally
liable, and they themselves must aid in the cover up to
protect themselves and those involved.
All crimes must be covered up. The "Truth" be "Silenced"
forever, at whatever cost. The American people must never
know such corruption exists otherwise the national
security of the country might be at risk. More Americans
die from the drugs than died in the 911 attack. Families,
unaware of the truth, bury their children. Hundreds of
thousands of families across the nation are affected by
the criminal greed of Kentucky.
Some crimes are too big to be dealt with. Skeeter knows
too much. Skeeter must be destroyed. Skeeter is
expendable to some. To others, the only hope for the
"truth", their "hands are tied". Federal and Florida law
enforcement agencies are helping Skeeter and covering his
tracks, unofficially, till he can get a foothold and
fight back.
From Florida, living on his boat, "Neptune's Love
Palace", he constantly must move, leaving behind friends
and home. Starting anew at another harbour. This
screenplay is the "Fight Back". God Bless America.
